The Challenge: Several large clients of a change management consulting company including manufacturing, healthcare, education and retail organizations struggled to track issues, teams, and tasks across their enterprise.

The challenge: A niche transportation / 3rd party logistics company needed to optimize how drivers are allocated to routes by integrating data from multiple internal and external sources and weighing hundreds of operational and financial parameters.
Our solution: We designed and developed a predictive analytics model to predict the probability of an on-time delivery with a usable interface that helps teams make smarter operations decisions in real time. We also developed a structured collaborative testing and optimization framework to incrementally drive revenue growth.
